Semi-private training allows you to benefit from the advantages of private training, for a lower cost! This is the ideal option if you want to train with a partner or join a group of people who will motivate you to exceed your limits!

Each training is developed to meet your personal needs using a program personalized by your trainer but the attention of this one will be divided equally among all the members of the same session.

3. VIRTUAL PRIVATE TRAINING

This service allows you to train in the comfort of your home or gym, while having your trainer within reach of your camera!

An effective option if your schedule is busier but you are looking for additional motivation and peace of mind since your trainer will take care of planning the logistics of each training session with the equipment at your disposal.

4. PERSONALIZED ONLINE PROGRAM

Online program includes a 4-week personalized training plan, which will be developed according to your goals and several criteria discussed during an initial virtual consultation.

This program will be delivered weekly, via an application provided for this purpose. Each program includes clear explanations,
explanatory videos as well as a means of direct communication with your trainer. Additional information will be given during the initial consultation.
